A 51 year old Canton man, who was shot at his apartment this past weekend, has died. Canton Police, in an update on Wednesday, said Richard Staats was taken off life support Tuesday afternoon and died as a result of his injuries from the shooting. The shooting happened on Sunday around 430am at 3115 Tuscarawas Street west in Canton. As of Wednesday morning, no arrests have been made. If you have any information, call Canton Police.
