A man is dead after police said he was shot while driving his car and crashed into a tree in Cleveland on Monday night. Cleveland Police said that at around 9pm officers responded to a call for shots fired on Euclid Avenue. Officers arrived to find members of the University Circle Police performing first aid to the man with a gunshot wound. 28 year old Terell Malik Owens of Cleveland was pronounced dead on the scene. Inside the car was a woman in her 30s and two six-year-old twin girls. The woman was taken to the hospital in serious condition, and the twins were taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in stable condition. The incident remains under investigation.
