No data center in Kent

The city of Kent is joining the growing list of cities and municipalities in banning data centers.  Kent City Council recently voted unanimously to place a 1 year moratorium on massive data centers.  Ohio is the home to nearly 200 data centers, mostly in the Columbus area.  Critics say these projects harm the environment and drain energy resources while providing few permanent jobs.
