A shooting at a Toledo community festival left 12 people wounded. Gunfire broke out around 5:30pm Saturday at the Old West End Festival, an event that celebrated the community for 53 years. Toledo Police are searching for 2 suspected shooters. Videos posted on social media showed people running at the sound of gunfire and medics tending to the wounded in the park filled with event tents and food trucks.
