An investigation is underway following a fatal crash that occurred around 12:30 Monday afternoon in Lexington Township in Stark County. deputies responded to the crash in the 13000 block of State Route 225. The crash involved a car and a semi truck. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger in the vehicle suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital. the driver of the semi suffered just minor injuries.
