A tornado touched down in Valley. The tornado made contact with the ground in Northern Youngstown around 6:40pm Monday in the area of McGuffey and State Line Road. It traveled through the southernmost portions of Trumbull County and into Lawrence County around 7pm. there were no report of injuries.
