Another disappointing Browns season???

Here comes the start of the NFL season.  As usual, fans of the Browns are not optimistic about their chances to go to the playoffs or even finish above 500.  It would be interesting to see what a Browns season would be like if there actually seemed like their was some hope.  That just never seems to be the case.  Most of the fan base can’t stand the starting quarterback, who we are stuck with, because the owners spent a ton of money on him. He has been an absolute disaster at QB for the team since he got here, but here we are in 2026 and he starts.  Some fans will root for him to fail miserably so that we can get our second year QB in there to see what he can do.  No one thinks this team, with road games at Jacksonville and at Tampa Bay to the start the season, will be 2 and 0 to start.  Or even 1 and 1 for that matter.  And to add salt in the wound, we all know the former Browns QB in Tampa, just waiting to stick it to the Browns.  Can ‘t wait for them to start 0 and 2, and when they open the home schedule against the Panthers, we can listen to the boos of their own QB.  That’s usually the train wreck the Browns are in.  31 other fan bases always seem optimistic to start the season.  We are stuck with the one in Northeast Ohio that gives their fans no hope.  Maybe they start to change that this year??  Maybe I’m wrong???  None of us will believe it until we see it.
