A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the 2300 block of East Avenue October 13th around 8:50pm. Police say the pedestrian was taken to the hospital. The car was traveling northbound on east Avenue near Carey avenue when it hit the person. Police say the pedestrian was issued a citation for being at fault, for walking outside of the crosswalk.
