A Chicago, Illinois man is recovering from moderate injuries following a 2 car accident in Audrain County yesterday (Friday) morning.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened at Route CC when a vehicle driven by 40 year old Michelle A. Hollingsworth of Paris tried to pass a vehicle driven by 29 year old Ricardo Martinez of Chicago.
Hollingsworth’s vehicle ran off the road, she overcorrected and returned to the road hit Martinez’s vehicle causing his vehicle to go off the road and overturn and Martinez was ejected.
He was taken to University Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
