The Week of the Food Truck fundraiser last month at Audrain Community Hospital is being deemed a success.
Darla Taylor, Volunteer Services & Foundation Manager at the hospital says over $1,000 was raised through donations from participating food trucks.
The money will be used to replace a deck outside the cafeteria where recent landscaping funded by the Auxiliary can be enjoyed by staff and visitors.
The next fundraiser for the Auxiliary is an ice cream social, bag, book & bake sale and will be July 24 at the Audrain County Historical Society Park Pavilion from 10:00 until 2:00.
Okie Doke BBQ will be on hand as well.
