The now-former Center clerk is pleading guilty to federal charges.
Tracey Ray pleaded guilty Friday to one count of wire fraud and one count of federal program theft.
Ray was accused of defrauding Center out of over $317,000 between January 2015 and July 2019 as discovered during a state audit.
Ray is set to be sentenced August 17th.
