A foundation started by Miss Missouri 2019 Simone Esters is thriving.
Writeous Girls, Incorporated is a 501(c) 3 non-profit designed to help empower young women through different forms of media and community.
Esters says this was her biggest accomplishment during her reign and having had a national stage as second runner up to Miss America certainly helped.
Writeous Girls, Inc. wants girls to find their passion in media, whether it be as a career, a tool to accomplish their academic endeavors, or simply as a form of expression.
