Missouri has a new Outstanding Teen.
Ashley Berry of Clinton, competing as Miss Metro St. Louis’ Outstanding Teen, was crowned last (Friday) night during the Miss Missouri Scholarship Pageant and now moves on to the Miss America Outstanding Teen competition later in the summer.
