Randall Giboney, a Mexico man accused of multiple child sex crimes, will remain in jail without bond following a hearing this (Thursday) afternoon.
His next appearance is set for Tuesday morning at 11:00 for a bond review hearing.
Giboney is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, possessing child pornography, child molestation, invasion of privacy and making a false report following an investigation by Mexico Department of Public Safety.
