Three defendants in two separate child sex crimes cases had court appearances today (Tuesday).
William Dahl and Jennifer Huddleston, both in federal custody, were represented by their attorneys and preliminary hearings were set for October 14th at 1:30 p.m. for both defendants.
They are charged with sexual trafficking of a child, possessing and promoting child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor child.
Randall Giboney was ordered to continue to be held without bond with a preliminary hearing set for September 28th at 1:30 p.m.
Giboney is charged with possessing more than 20 images and video or moving images of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a minor, and 3rd degree child molestation, all felonies.
He is also charged with invasion of privacy and making a false report, both misdemeanors.
