A Cleveland mother charged with murder after leaving her baby at home while she went on a 10 day vacation will be in court. According to police, Crystal Candelario admitted she left her 16 month old daughter unattended on June 8th and then went on vacation to Detroit and Puerto Rico. Police say she found the child unresponsive when she returned home. Candelario is facing charges of murder, aggravated murder, felonious assault, and endangering children.
