An update on the Michigan woman who was injured while waiting in line for the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point. She has now filed a lawsuit against Cedar Fair, the company that owns the park. The lawsuit says she was hit in the back when a piece broke off the ride back in 2021. She alleges she suffered multiple permanent injuries including brain damage.
