A 13 year old Canton boy has been arrested and charged with planning a mass shooting at the Temple Israel synagogue in Canton. No details have been released. According to officials, the juvenile has been charged with inducing panic and disorderly conduct. The young boy is set to appear in court for a pretrial hearing on Wednesday December 20th, in Stark County Family Court.
