Get excited Guardians fans, Progressive Field is getting new blue seats to replace the green seats that have been there since the park opened. That is pretty much the most exciting thing that the team will probably do the whole offseason. The Dodgers threw 700 million at Ohtani and signed him. The Guardians 2 big signings so far, are a backup catcher that can’t hit for 4 million dollars and a pitcher who bounced between the majors and Triple A, that they splurged on for 750 thousand dollars. Every year is the same thing. The fans suffer due to owners who cry poor and spend nothing. Attendance was up last year and it doesn’t matter. They give the fans nothing to be excited for. It may get worse too if the trade Shane Bieber or Emmanuel Clase. Get excited for that third place finish again next year. One offseason the team will have new owners and the fans may be more excited about the team after that. Until we will just suffer with this same nonsense every year.
