Stark County Sheriff’s found a 61 year old woman dead in the bedroom of her home, her husband shot in the basement of the home. The Canton Repository reports, authorities believe Byron Fite shot his wife, Christine, before turning the gun on himself. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities found the bodies at the couple’s home on 31st Street NE in Plain Township. Byron was taken to the hospital and is in serious condition.
