The Baltimore Orioles were bought for 173 million dollars in 1993 and are being sold this year for 1.7 billion dollars. Hopefully the Dolan Family heard this news and decide to do the same thing with the Guardians. I think most baseball fans in northeast Ohio have had enough of these quiet months after the season, where the team does little to nothing, spends no money on legitimate players, and likes to cry poor. They seem to have a different excuse as to why they don’t spend money every offseason. We all though last offseason was quiet and this one is even worse. No attempt to get a couple of bats for the lineup or anyone in the outfield that can hit. Better prepare now because they finished in third place in the division last year and are heading there this year too. Until this team gets legitimate ownership that will actually make an attempt to do what it takes to win, this is what we are stuck with.
