Baldwin-Wallace University has announced layoffs and program cuts. University officials say the decision was made to address a budget deficit. Baldwin-Wallace is laying off 23 staff members and will also cut 13 academic programs. However, students currently in those programs will be able to graduate. The university has also implemented a hiring freeze to last through the end of the year.
