Cuyahoga Falls has a new police chief

Earlier this week, Cuyahoga Falls City Council confirmed Mayor Don Walters appointment of Captain Christopher Norfolk as the city’s next police chief, effective March 1st. In January, Mayor Walters announced the planned retirement of police Chief jack Davis at the end of this month after more than 30 years with the Falls’ police Department and 10 years as Chief. Norfolk will be sworn in as the department’s 12th Chief of Police on March 1st. He joined the force in 2001 and has served as captain since 2020.
