Members of the Akron police Department’s Anti-Violence Bureau’s Gun Violence Reduction Team, as part of an ongoing investigation, conducted a search warrant on a home in the 2300 block of 11th Street SW in the Kenmore neighborhood. During the search, officers recovered over a dozen firearms and ammunition. authorities say, 36 year old Dustin Ross, who was not at home during the search and was previously jailed on an unrelated offense, was later charged with weapons under disability.
