Four dogs were killed and four residents were taken to the hospital after an Akron house fire. Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire in the 1100 block of Collinwood Avenue. On scene, firefighters found heavy fire and smoke coming from the front of the house. They were able to make entry and rescue 4 residents from the house. The dogs were found dead inside the home.
