The reconstruction of the Akron Beltway and other projects are expected to affect Summit County traffic patterns beginning tomorrow. ODOT says, starting tomorrow beginning at 5am there will be new traffic patterns and partial closures on I-77 and State Route 8 between Johnson Street and Carroll Street. ODOT added that all construction projects are weather permitting.
