The Ohio State Highway Patrol is dedicating more resources to construction and work zones to prevent crashes and increase safety for workers. OSHP will use more troopers, motorcycle units, and aviation units to monitor speed, impaired, distracted, and reckless driving in 10 work zones. Included in the zones are Interstate 90 in Cuyahoga County and Interstate 77 in Summit County. According to ODOT, these ten zones will not be the only ones seeing increased patrols.
