Authorities in Akron are investigating after a body was pulled from Summit Lake in the 400 block of Ira Avenue last night. Police say a passerby reported seeing the body and the fire department’s dive team later recovered the remains of a deceased man. The victim’s name has not been released and authorities are unsure what led to the death. Anyone with information is asked to contact Akron Police Department.
