A Canton man is facing charges in connection to a weekend shooting in Akron that left 4 people injured, including a 4 year old child. The shooting happened on Saturday near the intersection of Eastwood and Morningview Avenues. 25 year old Delrico Carmona of Canton was arrested Sunday, facing 4 counts of felonious assault. According to police, the child was shot in the leg. one woman was shot in the head and is in critical condition. The other women have non-life threatening injuries. It’s unclear what led up to the shooting at the time.
