Just after 1 yesterday afternoon, Akron officers, along with EMS, responded to Hardesty Park on Wallhaven Drive, after a visitor at the park found an unresponsive man inside a Porta Potty. Police and EMS arrived on scene and pronounced the man dead. Based on preliminary information, the man may have experienced a medical emergency. Foul play does not appear to be a factor. The name is being withheld pending further investigation.
