Just 6 games left in the season for the Browns to see what this team is made of and how many changes are going to have to be made in the offseason to get the team turned back in the right direction. I don’t know what the organization is going to do with Deshaun Watson, but you have to think unless something crazy happens his days of playing here are over, no matter what the team owes him. They are just 3 and 8, but with Jameis Winston under center they are 2 and 1, and have beaten the Ravens and the Steelers. Makes you wonder if they had more competent quarterback play earlier in the season, how many more games this team could have won. They lost 4 games by 7 points or less and have only scored over 20 points in 2 games out of 11. Also I get the sense unless this team totally collapses the last 6 weeks of the season, that coach Stefanski will be back. I’m not sure about GM Andrew Berry and others, but I don’t think the team will bail on Stefanski, who has already won coach of the year twice. if the team plays like they did against the Steelers, the coach is definitely not going anywhere. There will be a lot of important decisions in the offseason and in the 2025 draft. Let’s see if the organization can make better choices for next season than they did for this season. Time will tell.
