An investigation is underway after a 23 year old man was killed in a construction site accident Thursday afternoon. Officers responded around 2:30pm in the 300 block of White Pond Drive after reports of a construction site accident. Police say, the victim was working on a new housing development at the time of the incident. The man’s identity is being withheld pending further investigation. Workers reported hearing a wall collapse and they found the man dead when they went to check on him. Preliminary information indicates that the man was carrying out framework when an exterior wall collapsed.
