I have no idea what to make of the American League Central Division. The baseball season is already 25 percent over and no one has really proved they are a cut about the rest. It looks as though the Tigers, Guardians, and Royals, may battle it out all summer. The Twins could possibly get back in it, but for now it’s a 3 team race. All 3 of those teams seems pretty evenly matched at the moment. The Guardians haven’t really been getting fantastic pitching or hitting, but are doing enough at the moment to hang in there. As the next couple of months pass, we should be able to get a clearer picture of the Guardians and if they will hang into this race well into September or start to fade back and watch the Tigers and Royals battle it out. I’m hoping they stay in it, but you really can’t tell at the moment. It will definitely be an interesting summer at Progressive Field either way.
