The man accused of murder of a 12 year old boy in Akron will go to trial next month. Prosecutors say, 23 year old Anthony McCants forced the boy to take ice baths and do physical activity in between. The child later died in the hospital. His body temperature was 74 degrees. McCants pleaded not guilty to murder and child endangerment. His trial is set to begin June 16. He remains held on a $500,000 bond.
