Akron police are investigating after a female Lyft driver was shot while on the job. Police say it happened around 11:30pm Monday night in the 800 block of Bisson Avenue. The 29 year old victim said she had just completed a ride and dropped off the passenger when an unknown subject opened fire on her vehicle. The car was hit once, and the victim hit in the leg. She is expected to be ok. The suspect is described as 5’7″, heavy set, black male, bald and wearing a t-shirt.
