A Stow family is working with lawmakers to push for escape lanes for any drive thru at restaurants, banks, and pharmacy’s. Last night, the family of Megan Kelleman introduced “Megan’s Way Out” at Stow’s City Council meeting. The 25 year old was shot and killed in the drive thru of a Taco Bell last year. And now, her family along with Stow’s Planning Director Zack Cowan and State senator Casey Weinstein are advocating for a law that would require those with a drive thru to include an extra lane offering a safe escape route in emergencies.
