A son accused of killing his 75 year old dad inside their Tallmadge home has been indicted by a Summit County grand jury. 43 year old Ryan Vietmier was indicted on charges of murder and aggravated murder. Tallmadge police responded to the home after Vietmier called 911 and said he shot his father, Dennis. Officers arrived at the home and took him into custody. Ryan lived in an apartment in the basement of the parent’s home.
