It’s time for all Browns fans to get used to the fact that in 2029, the Browns will be playing in a brand new Dome Stadium in Brook Park. Governor DeWine signed the budget, which includes 600 million dollars toward the Dome. The Haslams, owners of the Browns, just purchased the land they plan to use for the Dome. The City of Cleveland is still trying to play politics but it is growing tiresome. The State of Ohio even made a change to the Modell Law, that kept the team from moving away from Cleveland, and now says they can move just not out of state. So down the road to Brook Park they go. It won’t be long until they announce when a ground breaking will start. I’m all for the Dome and all the events that will come to our area now. Let’s just hope they figure out how to put a winning team together. Those who wanted the team to stay by Lake Erie in an open air stadium are going to have to adapt to the change. The Dome is here in 4 years, let the countdown begin.
