The National Weather service confirmed an EF-0 tornado in Western Medina County Monday afternoon. At 3:57pm, a tornado last 2 minutes in Chatham and Lafayette Townships caused tree damage along its path with multiple trees snapped. The National Weather Service says it caused minor roof damage to several homes and damaged an unoccupied small barn. Estimated peak winds hit 81 mph while the tornado’s path was 1.32 miles and 40 yards wide.
