Oct 20 2014TAKING A STEP BACK
The Browns, and their fans, are not used to winning. That's an obvious statement, but it's crucial to understand what happened in Sunday's debacle at Jacksonville. Cleveland got off to that 3-2 start, including a wallopin' of the Steelers. But at look at all the teams the Browns have beaten shows one thing: they're not good (Tennessee, New Orleans). It's only natural that a little positive publicity sends the fans into ecstasy, after all there's been nothing good said for years. But the reality is...what? The Browns aren't bad, but not great either. They're 3-3, just about right. The players get caught up in this playoff talk, too. They try to ignore it, but can't. This week another 0-6 opponent, an adjusted attitude, and victory. I guarantee it.
